The Misdeed is all about scary pranks gone wrong and scary prank ideas. A bunch of friends plan to scare the bejesus out of one of their friends but that doesn’t go according to plan.
Every group has a scaredy cat and the protagonist of the story is a scaredy cat as well. When her friends prank her, the prank turns out to be too real for her. She is unable to handle it and something terrible happens.
She runs away and the wild jungle turns her into something she isn’t. Something else is controlling her now and others can not do anything to atone for what they did to her.
Will she come back to her senses or will the evil take over forever? The story tests friendship, love and a moral behind it that you should never cross the line when it comes to scaring someone for fun because some people really do take them seriously.
