@Yelda #ThePatient Thank god Chacha let me go. I don’t want to betray these people but now I have to give Chacha something or he will kidn…ap

Nooo…. not kidnap Yelda didi. I don’t want to get kidnapped again.

Don’t worry Anishi. I won’t let him do that to you again.

I must keep my sister safe. I will steal a few valuables and give them to chacha and then steal something big for me and run away from here forever but they were such nice people. Another option for me was to get chacha arrested and live with them for the rest of my life. But chacha was always there for me and I could not turn him in. My mind was getting crushed in this dilemma. Finally I decided what to do.

You are now reading the eighth chapter. Refer to Inflicted for a chapter-wise listing…

After that day, I started stealing small valuables from their home and kept giving them to chacha. He used to pawn them. I maintained my appearances at the psycho lady’s office. She was getting valuable information that could help me find my parents. Anishi helped her in getting that information as she was present during most of our childhood and I was not.

I finished my household chores on time and I had a lot of time to spare so Gurpreet taught me english and many other primary school subjects as I never went to school like Anishi. I still felt deep inside that I knew most of what she taught me and that this has happened before but I did not know why this was happening. Gurvinder had to go out of station for a couple of days for some business thing and it was only Gurpreet, the kid and me.

Life was going good until one day the Gurpreet accompanied me to the psycho lady’s office. She went in there before me and told me to stay outside. I could hear yelling through the door. After a while she came out and told me to go in and finish my appointment. When I went in I could see that the psycho lady was also a little angry. She told me to sit down as usual. She asked, “Yelda, have you started stealing from the Randhawa house?”

Gurpreet knows…

“I had to. Otherwise chacha would kidnap me again.”

“How do you give all this to chacha?”

“He meets me everyday when I come to meet you.”

“Okay, be a little careful then. Gurpreet knows about your thieving habit.”

Our normal hypnotism session started and some more valuable information was found by the psycho lady. I went back to the house and Gurpreet and I started our study session. I have to be a little more careful now. Soon I would steal something big and run away from here.
