After the hospital round I was at the unending staircase round. I had played this one before. This one would be easy but again I was sure that the boss had changed the round. The bitch suddenly appeared. She had a baby, a bacon, a beer, and a bread. She said, “Choose wisely.”

This choice was not at all what I had expected. I didn’t know what to choose. I thought I should go with my instincts again. After all the level is going to get a whole lot of unexpected. I chose the baby. She said, “May your soul rest in peace. The round begins.”

May your soul rest in peace‘??? What does that mean. Did I choose wrong? Well I guess I’ll come to know soon. I saw that the staircase was shaped like a clock. It had minute hand on 6 and an hour hand on 12. It kept on going down and each stair had the same fashion. Minute hand on 6 and hour hand on 12.

My instinct told me to go down the stairs. I went on going down the stairs. As I started the clock started ticking. The minute hand had sharp scissor like blades on each side. I started running with the baby. On the lower levels the second hand was also there. I had to stop this madness. The second hand was faster. I needed to block it. How would I block it?

Figure something out hurry… I don’t know why but I said, “May your soul rest in peace.” The second hand was one second behind me. I closed my eyes. The ticking stopped. I was so happy and the baby was happy too. Now I had to figure out how to get out of here.

I looked around me and saw that the second hand had a tiny opening which could only fit the baby. I thought I should use the baby to open up a door because it was possible that the baby was the key. When I placed the baby in the second hand, The hour hand disappeared into a narrow dark passage. As I reached the passage I saw the minute hand disappear. I had to save the baby. I didn’t know how.

Moral Duty

Following my instincts I ran towards the baby and I picked him up. The moment I picked him up the passage started closing slowly.  I threw the baby onto the passage then I ran towards it. The baby’s leg stopped the passage from closing and I slipped out of it saving the baby too. Suddenly a voice said, “You’ve won the round and saved the baby.” The baby vanished into thin air. The voice said, “You’ve earned an extra life for the next round.” My instincts were working…
